A roboticized goofball who mastered the power of music. He's been through a whole lot of trouble when he's in the middle of the dead of the summer, when he's unchained. Encountering him is a haphazard, as he will blast in a powerful soundwave that could knock you out of the spot. Keep your cool, and take him down.
Boomer belongs to @BoominAlex (Merry Christmas! You got what you wanted, as I always wanted to draw your OC as a Roboticized Character. But then again, he WILL appear in my work, some days, after the Hexalogy of Robot Rampage.)
