Se inspira de base de dicha personaje el ser una Policia Leal y responsable, tener un lazo de amistad/molestia con la Murciélago, y de tener ya una relación amorosa consolidada en matrimonio con Sanshiro Tanaka (Inspirado en el Mr. Tanaka), un noble hombre nipón con intereses también con la Cultura y Etiqueta Británica, siendo investigador y segundo curador del Museo Nacional de De Tours.

- Felicia abrió en esta versión su orfanato en San Martín De Tours (Federal City), el cual es dirigido por Ella, teniendo de apoyo a sus hermanas Catgirls, y también logrado entrelazar su relación con John Talbain, quien es una especie de Guardia y Guía en los alrededores de quienes viven dentro o fuera del Orfanato. Felicia, para lograr unirse con John, renunció a su puesto de monja (Aunque de todas maneras, se consideraba demasiado libertina para ello), aunque mantiene sus valores basados en el Catolicismo, pues es el credo de la Monja que cuido de ella, y ella verá siempre como su madre.
