This is so outdated and bad! x_x I will make a new one soon, I promise. I suppose it's not entirely a tutorial, since there's no instructions, so we'll just consider it a process. This is my colouring process for when I paint eyes in Paint Tool Sai. I use a Wacom Bamboo Tablet. Let me know if you'd like any elaborating, it's probably a bit confusing. I'll upload a detailed tutorial eventually!

Everybody has their own styles and techniques~ This works best for me, but I actually will do eyes a million different ways as I'm sure you've noticed. I like your style!

Well, what program are you using? Do you use a tablet? Those are large determinants in how smooth your lines will be.
I use Paint Tool Sai, which has a stabilizer tool in the top right hand corner. With a tablet, depending on the quickness of your strokes, and the pressure you put down, it will create a thinner or thicker line. Without pen pressure or stabilizing, I'm not sure my digital works would look very good ^_^;

I think it's actually rather easy to understand
