Ghost Rider VS Spawn — Description

(Marvel VS Image)
Demonic, undead, black-clad comic book anti-heroes. Initially normal humans, both were confronted with a bad situation that led them to make a deal that involved selling their souls to powerful demons for the sake of family (Johnny asked Mephisto to cure his adoptive father of cancer, while a then-recently-killed Al in the Eighth Circle of Hell accepted Malebolgia's deal to lead his armies in return for resurrection to reunite with his wife again), though this didn't turn out how they expected (Johnny's father died soon later anyways in a stunt accident, while Al lost his memory of who he was and was reborn five years after his previous death) and became reluctant servants to the demons they made deals with. In addition:
Both are immortal to a nigh-unkillable degree, use chains and specific firearms as their primary weapons, and make use of a netherly power (Hellfire and Necroplasm, respectively).
Both have rebelled against and overthrown their masters.
