Done in photoshop, brushes aren't mine, I just put it all together/ added to it. Brushes are by *z-design and can be found here: [link]Also comes in white (or custom if you ask what colour you want.)
Looks great with Rocket Dock [link] and frost icons [link]
or minimal icons on desktop.

wait can I get windows XP to look like this. I would pay for that. This is for something totally different right?

This is just a wallpaper. Windows XP cannot look like this as an operating system, though you can set the wallpaper to this to make it look cool.
Also you can use Windows Blinds, Rocket Dock, and Logon Studio if you want your computer to completely go with the background, as I did.
