Rumble..... ..... BOOOM!!

Before Amelia has a chance to react - Ice Rune lifts his hooves into the air and rears in panic! The lightning thunder reflects in his fearful eyes. Amelia feels her heart racing hard and cold in her chest as she desperately clings onto the reins as a last resort to stay on. Ice Rune is miraculously spared from falling over and lands safely on his hooves. But once he's on the ground - he begins to spin, bucking, neighing and throwing his head in fear. Amelia can feel every single muscle in his body tensing. She feels as if he could explode any second. It happens - Ice Rune grabs the bit and runs as fast as his thoroughbred-hooves can carry him, towards the stables. Amelia loses her balance and finds herself throwing her arms around the horse's sweaty neck. Ice Rune bucks aggressively and throws himself side to side. "I'm gonna die!" Amelia thinks in panic before she hits the ground.

Amelia was going to get to ride Ice Rune, the previous race horse. She had been riding him a few times before. But only walking, though. Amelia could tell by the clouds that some nasty weather was coming their way, but decided to go for a quick ride anyway. Ice Rune was calm and steady. The few showers of rain didn't bother him any. But hell broke loose as soon as the clouds gave away rumbles and lightnings instead of drops of rain...
