NinjaTribunal: Splinter — Description
When I designed the Ninja Tribunal I also gave the 4 kids graphics team some extra bits of artwork to populate the DVD menus and cover. Here is some of that artwork.

For this image I felt splinter needed to have a cool moment for once, what with him getting knocked out or kidnapped all the time lol I wish he kept this outfit for the remainder of the series oh well All of the images for the tribunal cover was inked by brush on a 14 by 17 Bristol and digital colored in photoshop
