Plants vs Zombies / The Battle Cats
(Popcap/EA vs Ponos)
Connection: Both are Mobile Game armies geneticly created in order to stop an invasion (Cat God making The Cats to stop the invasion of the doges, and Dave making The Plants to stop the invasion of the Zombies)
Both would be looked over by 2 crazy/exentric creatures that act as their leaders and creators (Cat God and Crazy Dave)
Both at first would be bound by their original timeline, however they would eventually be able to travel through time inorder to obtain food (Cat Food and Dave's Taco)
While The Plants defend their home more times then not from invasion, The Cats are invaders that plan to grow their empire (So Tower Defense vs Tower Offense)
