ROLE:
Undyne -> Toriel role

Description:
Undyne is the second ruler on command of the underground, and general of the Military (Royal Guard replacement). She takes care of the head-prison of the Underground: Larimar, at the Coral Highways;
Undyne and Alphys are still a couple in this universe, with both being the rulers of the Underground, but separated from each others because of this duty, being too busy to talk with each other that much.
Unlike Toriel, Undyne wants to get your soul to break the barrier, trying to maintain you aprisioned in Larimar until the Military transport you to the capital.
Tho you aren't going to wait for that...

in the Sinful Route (geno replacement), she fights you before reaching Larimar, to defend Asriel and let him escape. She already warned the military about it too.
