The Genius bar and I have a love/hate relationship. I love going to the Apple store and playing with the new toys, but I hate having to schedule an appointment with a "Genius" for repairs I could most certainly perform myself. It's kind of insulting that Apple assumes all its users are clueless preppy college students who don't know how to repair a computer.
