Origin: Daughter of "Uub" (The positive reincarnation of Kid Buu)

Even though being the positive reincarnation of Kid Buu, Uub could not be made up completely of positive energy and thus the overwhelming evil that was kid Buu's Ki was passed on to Uub's offspring.
Z-anna's base power level is on par with a level 2 super saiyan.

I didn't like how Uub was suppose to have the same potential of Kid Buu but ended up being a side character like Krillin, That's BS, so now it's my turn to make it right.
