Reshiram Tutorial - Step 9 — Description
On the odd triangular shape we determined was the only part of the tail that is visible, draw an odd cane-like shape. Don't let it touch the edge of the triangle.

Still on the tail, draw thickness lines alongside the guidance line we drew earlier (the curvy/flowy line that goes from the tail to the right wing).

Draw four spikes of fur on the left thigh. Considering this has been done on the wings, head, and other earas, you should know how to do this by now.

Below the fur between the legs, two two semi-curved lines. Do not let them touch. This is where the right foot will be. Leave space between the lines for claws.

For the left leg, draw curved line below the claws of the left wing like done here. That is the other side of the left foot. Please note while drawing the left leg that the wing is in front of the leg. The leg should not overlap onto the wing. Also, some parts of the leg are visible between the spaces of the claws, so if your line happens to pass through there, be sure to draw it. For the design on the left leg, draw a "U" shape on the foot and then run it alongside the outer edge of the foot and leg until it ends below the first spine of fur on the thigh.
