Rex ref sheet — Description
This character does not belong to any other universe other than his universe but he can appear in any universe or dimension he does not belong to, this will be explained later in the ref sheet. You may not use any ideas from this character. You are allowed to draw him in your pictures or comics, he can be in the background of your comic pages, he can play a small role in your comics or he can even be part of your comic but he must not be involved with romance (he can still be part of the romance comic just do not make him in love or anything) and no change may be made to this character without permission. Definitely no Rex in any sexual activity or inappropriate pictures of any sort. If you do make a picture of Rex please send it to me .

Origin
When Rex was still in an egg, he was been taken care of by his sister instead of his parents. His sister had no proper training in doing so and as expected she was no good at it. Everybody thought Rex was an ice dragon because his egg (and so is he) is blue. Rex's parents were reliant on Rex's sister to make sure that Rex hatches but they were abusive towards her about it. Even though Rex was still in an egg he could still hear what is happening around him (something no ordinary dragon can do) so Rex knew all about his abusive parents. Eventually Rex had had enough of this and used his cyber energy (to be explained later in the ref) to forcefully increase the speed rate of his growth. In this process earthquakes started to occur. His family did not know that it was Rex who started the earthquake and so naturally his father rushed to fetch Rex and as soon as his father reached Rex's egg, Rex been born. When he got hatched a large burst of Cyber energy has occurred (nobody got hurt during this process). This burst of energy pushed the entire continent into the ocean in which has risen back to its original position. When it was clear, Rex's father was shocked about the power that his son possessed. His father had made the decision to put Rex down because he saw Rex as a threat to the Earth. His father sent in a soldier to put an end to Rex. The father kept everyone else out. When the sodier struck Rex with the blade Rex has ended up shattering the sword and has made his escape by knocking the soldier off his feet and throwing him into the wall. At the age of 3, he encountered a stranger who is suspiciously wearing a hood. The stranger smiled and struck Rex with a beam that causes the bond between the atoms to collapse upon itself. this should have gone straight through practically anything that is destructable but Rex got a big cut and did not get separated in two. Rex has passed out and he heard a voice telling him if he was willing to give up his power to help those in need and Rex agreed. The voice said afterwards you passed the test, you now own the power of the vezoline crystal. Rex asked for an explanation and the voice explained that it is a life crystal and is the reason he survived, the beam has heavily destroyed his heart and vezoline crystal shall take its place. Go now it said. When he woke he found himself bandaged around his chest. Rex checked the area to find someone but saw no one.

Abilties
He has a special kind of energy capable of doing physical activity on its own known as Cyber energy (I probably got you to scratch your head about this word earlier in this ref if you read the whole thing up to here). Cyber energy is a naturally born with the blue dragon species (not ice dragons...to be explained later ) Cyber energy can only be contained by a blue dragon.Cyber energy can not harm any blue dragons intended or not. Although the Cyber energy's main purpose is to blow up it can be used in many ways as represented when Rex used it to increase his growth rate. He can surround himself with Cyber energy to create a protective aura that vaporises pretty much anything and when I say anything I mean anything including air, light, sound, signals and even gravity, in matter of fact it is so powerful that it basically separates Rex from reality but this ability requires a lot of focus and must therefore ignore all distractions including his own drive to win, because this energy shield require a lot of concentration he can't use his Cyber energy in any other way except for one other ability (keep reading to find out). The Cyber energy shield thing does not destroy air and light (although it can) because it permits it through, thats right Cyber energy has a mind of its own, despite this Cyber energy does not what ever it wants but instead it follows the commands of Rex. Cyber energy can do this because Rex and the Cyber energy is connected but it does have some choices it makes and one of the few cases in which it can make its choice is when it senses that Rex is in danger and it will come out to save Rex and no it does not jump out and hit the projectiles but it turns into a Cyber energy coating and protect him from deadly blows by slowing down the attacks so Rex can take the hit (this rarely happens though). As expected he can turn this Cyber energy into projectiles. He can do this out of his hands but out of his mouth is the hitter because it is concentrated to a beam and has the power to destroy planets and even create black holes or worm holes. Cyber energy can also make him fly without having to flap his wings to make him go faster than what wings can possibly make him go and this is the ability that he can use with his Cyber energy shield. Cyber energy can also make him increase his strength. Cyber energy is not limited for it is been constantly replaced. I have separated his Cyber energy into 3 levels, level 1 is still crazy strong in general, this is the most common level and it is the only level I will be using in the impressive things he can do. Level 2 could make a normal huuman citizen become a superhuman capable of knocking 90000 tonnes into the speed of light. Cyber energy level 3 is the strongest and gives Rex the power to destroy every dimension in existance. He can use his Cyber energy as an extremely good greenhouse so he can go into a hot room and use this to store the heat and even uses friction to help him keep warm and by the way the Cyber energy is too thin to see when it is used for this. He can use his Cyber energy to destroy the source of your power and what is left of your power once he has defeated you.

Type of dragon
He is a not so popular blue dragon that was born with Cyber energy. The blue dragons possess insane power but only the one who is pure of heart can become a blue dragon. Only one blue dragon can be born at a time...don't worry the blue dragon that could have been born does not become unborn but becomes the normal element dragon (whatever element he is). If a blue dragon dies the Cyber energy he has will die with him and this will trigger a beginning of a new blue dragon. The blue dragon race is naturally powerful to the extent of it being unrealistic not only in firepower but physically as well. Rex is the most powerful of his kind.

Impressive things he can do in his base form
He can punch a planet approximately 342 times bigger than the VV Cephei star Check out the star. Mainly look at its size for that is what matters made of pure Osmium (which is twice as dense as the metal known as lead) and make it go so fast that it will have so many numbers that a human brain can't handle it even if it is measured in lightyears a second. He can go to the dwarf planet pluto, go to its core and turn its innercore so fast that its gravity could attract the sun. His Cyber shield ability can take an explosion equivelant to infinite supernovas. By rubbing his arm he can create enough static electricity to destroy a black hole without having to use his cyber energy to increase his speed and strength. The strength of his natural strength can be so great that with every punch he does it can cause time to become so unstable that it will reverse for a second or two. Rex is capable of surviving the Big Bang without care. Punch someone so fast that it would be measured in lightmillenia a milli of a milli second...without the help of his cyber energy. With the help of his Cyber energy he can move so fast that he can outrun someone moving through a wormhole to the other side even if he starts moving as soon as the other person enters the wormhole. Rex with his Cyber energy can move so fast that he can outrun time itself for example if Rex uses his Cyber energy to go forward he can move so fast that in the magazine that did not show Rex before all of the sudden has Rex's face on it, this shows that Rex has broken the time barrier or outran time to appear in the past and the people in the photo could not see him because he was too fast for them to even notice. Rex's Cyber energy beam can easily tear a hole through multiple dimensions at once and so this is how he can appear in a dimension he does not belong to. Rex is also fast enough to move through solid objects without breaking them.

Likes
He's favourite food is cooked mutton (which he likes a bit too much). Soft things generally. A challenging combat fight (If you dare >:>).

Dislikes
Criminal acts. Jerks. Cold weathers (which causes him to use the greenhouse trick more often).

Personality
He often likes to play along for instance lets say that people who owns an illegal galactic gladiator company wants to kidnap Rex and make him one of their gladiators, Rex would let them put the handcuffs on and take him to the Gladiator arena. While Rex is there he will give the watchers a hard time by constantly moving straight through the bars and do something like putting a pin upright on their chair and they will sit right on it. When it is Rex's time to fight in the arena he will destroy the arena on purpose and put everyone involved with the illegal gladiator company under the hands of the police once he tied them up and he will also free the victims. Rex never holds grudges and if you do do something wrong Rex will not only forgive but also forget it in meer seconds...like completely forget it. He often helps in any way he can. He almost never stops smiling like ever and so it is what you see everywhere you look. Normally in combat he would fight in his minimal strength and still win but if it recalls him to become more serious then he will do it accordingly. Rex never kills anybody other than for hunting purposes so when he defeats an enemy he takes away his powers instead of killing them.

Vezoline crystal
A Vezoline crystal is a life crystal in which can only be wielded by a person that is not too greedy. A Vezoline radiates energy that can prove to be better than oxygen and can therefore replace oxygen. This energy has other benefits as well like unlimited stamina and because the energy replaces oxygen Rex does not need to breathe but does so anyway due to pure instinct. His Vezoline crystal alows him to grow but not age, this is why he is full grown when he got the Vezoline crystal at 3 and is now 1000 years old. He can also use the power of the Vezoline crystal to transform to a speed based transformation and becomes known as Majestic Rex. This transformation can make a normal human being travel 350 lightyears a second instantly and not only does this transformation make you faster but it also make you more adaptive to high speed.

Weaknesses
Rex still needs to replenish his thirst and hunger. He usually fights in his minimal strength. He barely takes an opponent seriously although he never underestimates them. His Cyber shield requires concentration and he must avoid all distraction including his own drive to win (however he did get much better at this and can therefore do it much longer). The Majestice form does have a weakness, since the Vezoline crystal is so busy with the transformation it only does half its job as a heart and can therefore be fatal. If Rex becomes a badguy then his own Cyber energy will put him down, this is like a safety mechanism to make sure no unnecessary destruction occurs.

Well overall these weaknesses are not straight forward, if you eleminate every resource in existance Rex can alwys just go back in time and stop it from happening again. You could catch him off guard once when he is at his minimal strength but it is VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY unlikely that you will even scratch him in one go. Just getting rid of his Cyber shield is still far from even a chance of victory. So what if the Majestic form slows down circulation, considering how tough Rex is and how much faster he gets you won't survive by the time Rex is forced to exit the transformation. Rex does not care much for becoming a badguy and states that you miss out on the good experiences of life when you are a badguy.

What is the point of this character?
Like Chuck Norris Rex is meant for humour due to how powerful he is, and there can be a few funny sayings of Rex like Rex went back in time and wrestled the dinosaurs, that is why they are extinct. Rex is about being a good sport and staying like that, Rex was not meant to be compared. Rex does not fail if he dies but he fails if he lets darkness take him over or if he lets suffering spread through lives and lets people fall. Rex is committed into protecting others. He is proof that you do not need to act tough to be tough.
