I'm usually not a fan of people turning characters into wolves (or even worse, lions) but this one is actually well done and the character design matches the original. I can actually tell who it's supposed to represent and that's always a great thing. I love how his nose is orange to represent the beak and how you coloured his back paws. It's a very nice touch. Much better than leaving the paws white and making the nose black. <3 I think it adds to the originality of the design. Keeping the yellow tuffs over the eyes is also quite neat, they were a huge part of Cody's design (being a rockhopper penguin and all) and integrating them to the wolf design was a good idea. I really dig the dynamic pose he has going on there. The simple background is well executed and I like how you blurred it. That way it keeps your attention focus on the character itself and not the background. I'm digging that cell-shading type of colouring. <3 It's pretty. Wish I could write a more meaningful comment but at this time of the night (... or should I say morning) my brain is dying. z__z

So yes, lovely work. Would have love to see your take on Cody using his actual penguin design but you did a good job of redesigning him as a wolf so kudos on that! Surf's Up was a great movie and this is a great tribute!
