Many Citizens Find themselves Without Employment through No Fault of their Own, While Transport Links to Other Budding Colonies And Their Vibrant Job Markets Are readily Available, Many Citizens Seek Government Breeding Contracts Instead, Feeling They Have Worked Hard Enough For The Colonies Cause Already. It Can Take A Little While To Build Up A Sufficient Planetary Population, The Colony Structure Itself Completed Long before There Is anyone To Live In It.
