Critter File: Touku Raptor — Description
Heres the kick off to some new critters of mine. I figured to do a few with some very psuedoscientific data files for shits and giggles and I plan on doing a big scene with them too.

First up!

The Touku Raptor- Velociramphos idris
Diet: Carnivore
Type: Active predator
Social Status: Pack hunters
Habitat: Savanna, grasslands

Essentially a bird but with a raptor like build. These Savanna predators run in flocks of 20 or more where they hunt large prey. These creatures are capable of great speeds but are not tolerant to heavy impacts. The bright colors on their feathers are not essentially for camouflage but to establish heiarchy and dominace in their flocks. Members with a higher rank have brighter colors than memebers of a lower rank.
