This ford hot rod was done on A3 with markers, colored pencils, pastels and a white gel pen. For the background I used Posca Markers. Took me about 20 hours to complete.Bells Beach is a famous surfer beach in Australia and the Bells Beach Hot Rod Shop is as always just some product of my imagination XD.
This was the first time I tried to draw brushed steel. The difficult thing about drawing brushed steel is to be aware that the cars body doesn't end up looking like chrome or silver but I think it came out quite OK.
