Just a quick note to clear things up a bit. Yes I did draw this. Then I colored it with markers. Then I scanned it into photoshop, adjusted the levels and added a lens flare(yes I know, cheesy). It was done as a background to an animation assignment for college. There's a character that balances on a ball and rolls along that "u-shaped" bridge in the middle of the drawing(don't ask, that was just the assignment; animate a character balancing on a ball rolling down a halfpipe and come up with and interesting background for it).
