Here's our depressed, PTSD, mute boy Void. The others never really figured out what happened and why we just snapped into silence and shaking.

Void's story: Void was hatched alongside his twin sister Espy in a cell with his father Dee and his older siblings Blade and Lily. He was curious, innocent and very sweet, and he loved his siblings, especially his litter-sister, who he chatted to everyday and loved to listen to her voice and loved to hear her speak. He thought she was the best thing to ever grace such a dark place like the PokeLabs. Something with the Scientists had happened after Blade and Lily evolved, and their was some scheduling issues, and a new Scientist was assigned to them temporarily. Void had initially been scared of the Scientist, but once she brought them sweet-tasting food called PokePuffs (they usually got carcasses or dried pellets or old scraps) he started to trust her. He got really excited whenever she would show up and tried to cuddle her and was always brushing up against her and wanted her attention, even though she acted really disinterested. The most she would ever do is give them PokePuffs and sometimes scratch behind Void and Espy's ears. Void got really attached to her and would cling to her, and at one point she gave up on throwing him against the ground until he gave up, and just let him cling. Void got to travel around the PokeLabs at her side, and after an incident where he had knocked some cups with liquid over and gotten yelled at, he quenched his curiosity and didn't touch anything else and just stayed beside her. He eventually evolved into a Sylveon from his love for her, which worked in favor of the Scientists since they wouldn't have to waste time later to get one (he was originally planned to be an Umbreon, or Glaceon to make up for Lily, as that's what she or her brother was supposed to be).
Void saw a lot of terrible things while he traversed the Labs. Pokemon being forced to fight, Pokemon slaughtering each other, pulling out bones and organs, even eating each other, Pokemon forced to mate, defects being injecting with a liquid that killed them or by snapping their necks, Pokemon's limbs being replaced with mechanical parts, and everything. He even saw Pokemon being poisoned with food, and he got very hesitant when eating his food, afraid that it was poisoned. He only ate from his Scientist's hand from then on. But none of it was enough to traumatize him, because he was with his Scientist and she didn't seem fazed by it, or concerned. He could tell by the Pokemons looks of pain that it was terrible, but he was fine and so was his Scientist and his family. Even when his sister was murdered in front of him, he still had a smile for his Scientist.
Even so, he was curious as to why all this pain was happening, all of this terrible, evil, gorey stuff was taking place. So he asked.
He was gone from the cell for a few days, and everyone was worried, and scared that he might have been killed like his sister. And then, one day, he returned, but he wouldn't speak to them. He wouldn't move from his spot, always shaking, always silently crying, too afraid to make a sound. His bows and feelers were ruined and broken, although they healed with time. He didn't eat for a few days until his father convinced him too. Whenever his Scientist came in, he wouldn't rush to greet her like he had before. He didn't move, didn't look at her, lost in his own world. Whenever a human tried to get close to him, he would flinch, A few times they would pick him up and he would go limp, accepting his fate, and he would return the next day more traumatized than the last, with new bruises and ripped feelers.
When Sol announced his escape plan, Void said nothing, but when the day finally came that they had to go, he moved from his spot and ran away with his family. Ran away from the dark cell. Ran away from the horrors, the screams, the blood. Ran away from the tests. Ran away from his Scientist.
He's more willing to move nowadays, but he stays as silent as ever. He has trouble eating anything that wasn't given to him by Dee, Blade or Sol. He fears humans and doesn't want to be anywhere near them, and always has a panic attack when he hears one speak.
