The Inkys — Description
Out of the Ghost Gang, Inky seems to be the only one with no set personality. It seems to change a lot depending in what media he's in.
Like in the HB series, he's really dumb. In GA, he has a cocky and sarcastic personality similar to Blinky. And in the Classic series, he's seems to be quite excitable and goofy.

Coming up with his personality was a little difficult, but I went with his Bashful nickname and made him shy and nervous.

Either way, here's a bunch of Inkys that was caused by Kinzo messing with different dimensions.
