Pigtail and pec bouncing-chan — Description
The girl that inspired the creation of 'sOC, Penelope, finally in colors and moving a bit.

I made a new drawing of her for with some pec variations so he could use them as reference and they were looking quite good and easy to put together to make a simple animation.

And is looking around for some boobs jumping animation, probably for his Discord server called Muscle Control Fans (discord.gg/97YF3ba ). She has no boobs, but girls with solid pecs jumping around are awesome too.
