way back home.. — Description
IN THE OLDEN DAYS, THEY WOULD CUT THIEVES HANDS OFF AT THE WRIST. TAKE MY ART, EVER, AND I WILL CLEAVE YOURS OFF WITHOUT MERCY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

".......surrender for the last time
demons wasted as they're running through red signs
from the black I know your finding your way back home
finding your way back home..."
Behind this image;; What I wouldn't give to just drop everything I have right now and travel the world. The more I settle into this life of mine, the more I feel caged and held down. I have more freedom now than I have ever done, and yet its like I have none.

I've just finished reading War Horse by Michael Morpurgo, although I think it could have been written a little better, I would recommend it to any horse lover as as its told from the horses perspective, its really powerful and certainly had me reaching for the tissue box a couple of times! I want to eventually go and see this in the theatre as they do it with puppets and I've heard its amazing! Anyway, without giving too much away, The horse in this image has a mild resemblance to 'Topthorn' from the book. Joey [the narrator] and he were given the 'Iron Cross' for their constant service to the men on the front line. The red ribbon is just an addition that means something to me, but I don't want to explain, so interpret that how you wish. Mainly a heroes piece, resembling courage and strength, darkness of war and freedom after war.
