Considering the awful state of the world (well in humanity's case. This planet will shit us out eventually and replace with the next pack of cretins in line...), you have no idea how many of the powerful and depraved I wish to dismember, exsanguinate and throw in some desert or jungle so that meat eaters can have a decent meal.
This poster comes both from a place of love (well it is the Arcudi/Mahnke run after all) and frustration (because like most pessimists, there is a hopeful part in me...), so here I share it with you.
People can be so much better and yet they choose not to. They have the gift of sapience and yet they squander it. When wearing an emotional parasite like the Mask to dish out some karmic carnage is the closest we should get to actual justice, you know something went wrong OR was always wrong and needs some damn proper fixing...

The movie/cartoon were so much better than the original comic, in my opinion. If I recall correctly, in the comic, whoever wore the mask had the EXACT same personality throughout.
In the movie, it was different between different people.

Not really. The same violent impulses pop up BUT the personality remains that of the wearer. I mean, Stanley used it for petty revenge, Kellaway used it to fight crime (and it was working fine till Lionel tried stopping him... that's where he realized the Mask was pushing for his more violent actions...) and all the teenagers from "The Mask Strikes Back" used it differently. So no, they still acted differently but fed similar impulses.

Oh absolument. Même l'écriture d'un script ne prendrait pas trop wu qu'il suffit d'adapter la trilogie initiale en animation... puis la mini-série sur Walter et le "retour" d'Ipkiss...
... les intégristes de tous poils et la répugnante engeance idéologique de Herzl (y aurait même une "liste" faite par un ancien prof de maths et fraude notoire...).
En fait, pour être tenté par la violence, il suffit de se renseigner sur l'Histoire et se rendre compte que les conneries se répètent en boucle. Et je dis bien se renseigner car ce n'est pas l'approche pédantique des écoles qui pousse à développer un esprit critique.

Je vois... C'est en effet une affaire qui reste très compliquée, même en se renseignant sur l'Histoire jusqu'à l'Antiquité... Il y a bien eu des efforts dans le sens du compromis et de la coexistence, malheureusement sabotés... Et côtoyer le conflit fait que des gens qui se seraient peut-être entendus dans d'autres circonstances finissent par se détester... (pourrais-tu être un peu plus précis sur cette histoire de "liste" ? C'est un peu trop sibyllin pour moi 
Je suis cependant d'accord sur le manque de formation à l'esprit critique à l'école...(ce qui n'est pas prêt de s'arranger en France, avec le nombre d'élèves endoctrinés...)

L'entente et la coexistence sont plus faciles qu'on ne le croit. Un soupçon d'éthique et d'empathie font toute la différence, mais l'être humain est un primate dirigé majoritairement par la volonté d'être un gros connard. Hélas... et la vérité est que je me fiche de l'ethnie de quiconque. Je juge les actions et dictions des sociétés.
Je parle de la liste des clients d'Epstein. Si la guillotine a besoin de reprendre du service (OUI, elle devrait), ce serait déjà un début décent. Le fait que ces gens et leurs fournisseurs respirent encore me débecte au plus haut point...

Sans doute, mais la peur et l'ignorance, ainsi que ceux qui ont intérêt à ce que les rancunes ne se calment jamais, y font obstacle... Oui, juger les gens pour ce qu'ils font, et non pour ce qu'ils sont, tout à fait ! (malheureusement, il y a des cas où certains coupables, de par ce qu'ils sont, échappent à la justice du commun... genre l'ordure qui a tué Iryna Zarutska...)

For as much of a shift in tone as the movie and its cartoon tie-in were, that version of Stanley gave us the closest thing we'll get to a cartoon superhero who is a full cartoon in a comic book world. Do correct me if I'm wrong, though.

You're not wrong. The tie-ins DO prepare the viewers for the comics version anyway (in the movie, Dorian is basically a mix of the mob's driver & comics Stanley once he wears the mask while in the cartoon, Chet and Dr Neuman are as destructive & mean as comics Big-Head... plus you have Walter sometimes working for Pretorius or going solo). And moralities aside, both versions of the story are comedies anyway AND they treat the Mask as a life-derailer (granted in the cartoon, Stanley has better control over it than anyone else so he keeps it around...).
