It's really popular but I don't understand why. Like sure they have the whole experiments made and they have a lot of forms they get through the story, but they're not really comparable. Like it doesn't go into Omega and Zero's relationship and how it plays into them nor does it go into Cell's journey to become perfect, I just don't think their stories or characters are very comparable. I also just think the potential is really bad, you have a sword fighter against a martial artist which is really lame and I don't like it. Sure you could have them throw beams at each other but honestly I don't think that fits well with Cell, Cell very rarely uses ki attacks he mainly focuses on martial arts and his regeneration.
I just don't think the potential is good at all and it's just not a good matchup
