Setheaval (Set-Ee-val) is one of the ancient protectors of the Carios Region together with Horcon. He guards the Red Land (dessert) and works as the desolator and cause of all disaster.

Ability : Total desolation- When an opposing pokemon faces this pokemon, it'll immediately loose 1/4 of it health and have its attack and defense lowered by one stage.
Its signature move is 'Graveyard Upheaval' (Ground) with 100 base power. It has 50% of lowering all stats of the opponent as a secondary effect.
