Description

Mirage Tank Mk 2

The Mirage Tank Mk 2 is a high-level (Hero Class) heavy armored unit developed from

the original Allied camouflage technology.

It features upgrades in size, attack power, and

active defense systems to meet the demands of battlefields that

require both speed and destructive power for annihilating single targets.

Mirage Tank Design

Following the confrontation with Yuri's army

the Allies discovered that the first Mirage Tank had a serious weakness: its armor was too thin and its destructive power was insufficient against heavy tanks. Therefore, they developed the Mk 2 by expanding the hull by 1.5 meters to accommodate an automatic loading system and an anti-tank gun. Built-in Aircraft

Weapon Systems

  • Main Gun: 135mm Type-135D Smoothbore Gun

A heavy tank gun that switches from thermal beam firing to high-penetration live-fire, operating with a Flexi-Load system:

  • Burst Capacity: Holds 4 rounds in the magazine.

  • Initial Fire: The first shot fires in 0.3 seconds after target lock.

  • Continuous Fire: The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shots are immediately fired at high speed if the target is locked.

  • Reload Cycle: In normal firing mode, the reload time is 5.3 seconds. If there is no target, the system automatically "reloads" to 4 rounds.

Weapon Systems

  • Dual 24.7mm Machine Guns: Dual machine guns mounted on the turret for clearing infantry at range.

  • 57mm Flak Cannon 37H: Rear-mounted anti-aircraft and missile gun capable of intercepting anything that threatens the vehicle (AA/AT Interception).

Special Technologies (Advanced) Tech)

  • Neural Insulator: An advanced brain signal separation system that makes the driver 100% resistant to mind control. This unit is the only answer to penetrating Yuri's base.

  • Multi-Mimicry System: A superior camouflage system compared to previous models. Not only can it camouflage itself as trees, but it can also mimic the shape of other vehicle types for espionage or ambushes in urban areas.

Weaknesses

  • Limited Production: Due to highly detailed parts and specialized customization, the army can only build and control a maximum of 5 Mk 2 units per base.

  • Maintenance Gap: Repairs take 200% longer than normal tanks due to the difficulty in accessing and camouflage equipment.

  • Resource Heavy: The high price per unit, at $2,500, makes it a prime target for enemy destruction.
