I SO agree with you!! I like to make them as real as possible by making costumes and doing interesting and unique make up. I like to stay away from digital manipulation/enhancing unless I have to.

The photo -- the model, the pose, the reflection, etc. etc. -- is, in my opinion just too breathtaking to notice things like boarders at all!
