I see your vibrant colors flash.
Red, yellow, crimson, yellow green,
brown, dusty dawn!

I watch your tears fall off your
shaking limbs.
You toss your life into my face.
Falling, floating,
drifting to the earth.

Watch me! No watch me! Me!
Oh Please, watch me!
How I love to see you die.

Melancholy bliss. You touch deeply
and sear my very soul. I succumb
to your last breath.
Your passing over in the way that
only you can do.

Given freely with no fear or pain.
You bless me and your goodbye
kiss is sweet as morning dew
upon parched lips.

You do not shout.
Yet I feel the motion and
singleness of each of your cries.

So much I wish those
who do not understand
could refrain from worrying
of what comes next.

And they could just enjoy your
play of finishing that which in a few
moments of time, will be renewed
and reborn until brilliant again!
