Sentinel Reality Canvas — Description

Sentinel's crossover form, accessed through the use of Reality Canvas Gear, a transformation belt that combines the power of Sentinel and Kamen Drawer.

During his travels in an unspecified time period, Sentinel encountered a warrior named Kamen Drawer and his Henshin companion Lachi. In order to fight against a rampaging Armagedrone, Sentinel and Kamen Drawer combined their powers to form the Reality Canvas Gear and transform into their respective powerful forms.

This form grants him the ability of flight and quick teleportation, as well as reality manipulation to a certain extent such as summoning weapons, traps, and repair collateral damages.

The G-Pen ornaments on his suit of armor can be wielded as versatile weapons, capable of serving various purposes from close-ranged blades to long-ranged projectiles.

This form is also accompanied by Kamen Drawer's Lachi, who can also transform into Reality Spear thanks to the Reality Canvas Gear. After bidding farewell to Kamen Rider, Sentinel would often wield its copy. It is capable of tearing the fabric of reality itself.

This form can not only be accessed by Sentinel, but also Kamen Drawer himself to form Kamen Drawer Reality Canvas.

Kamen Drawer and Lachi belong to Ashmish
