Angry Beavers are my all time favorite nicktoon from like... elementary and middle school. Rocko's modern life was second... i used to watch that all the time too. Invader Zim was more high school age.... But angry beavers is still the best.
The human people are just supposed to be the cartoons if they were drawn more human-esque.
