Description
(Jacob Kunstlermann is my OC)
Neffie (as I call him in the roleplay) is a robot built by Dr. Robotnik.
He is helping Jacob achieve a certain goal.
Neffie is obviously based on Dr. Nefarious from Ratchet and Clank series.
