Description
It's no secret that the alliance between the Federation and the Klingons was very shaky at times. According to a bit of lore that may or may not have been expanded upon in the books, during the time of the Enterprise-C, the alliance was reaching a very low point. It was only the sacrifice of the Enterprise-C when defending the Narendra colony that saved the alliance for another 20 or so years.

In my opinion, there's no doubt that during that low point, there were times when a scuffle would arise between the two great powers, and warning shots would be fired. So that's what the Ent-C is doing here, warning some Klinkers away.

It worked. For now...
