Character Info
Kotori Himekawa (姫川小鳥 Himekawa Kotori) is a student at the Kouyama Arts Academy who is the next wielder of the Sessouken Fubuki (雪霜剣吹雪 [セッソウケンフブキ] Sessōken Fubuki, lit. Snow Frost Sword Blizzard), alias as Kamen Rider Riposte (仮面ライダーリポスト Kamen Raidā Riposuto).

Background
When she was a child, Kotori Himekawa possesses a Wonder Ride Book from a wielder of the Frost Sword from a strange dream. She attends Kouyama Arts Academy where she practices dancing with her friends as a group called the "Snow Waves".
