Yakumo Soshi (素子八雲 Soshi Yakumo) is Dust Rider Cloud (ダストライダー八雲 Dasuto Raidā Yakumo) who came from Atlas. His rival is currently Kuro no Tatsuki .

Ice Mode is Cloud’s default ice form, accessing through the Ice Dust Bottle.

- Pulvister: Cloud’s personal weapon. It is a hybrid of a lance and a rifle.

Powers & Abilities
When inserting the Cell Medal on top of the Dust Driver and push the button on the top left, it can summons the Gear ELMNs (pronounced elements, Energy/Linking/Machine/Net system) that contains the Dust Rider Cloud’s digital armor.
The Cryoclaw, referred to as “Eishatter”, is a sharp claw that held on Dust Rider Cloud's right arm.

Finishers
- Dust Burst!
While armed with Cryoclaw, he punched into the ground, causing it to freeze the enemy and break the ice along with it.
- Pulvister Finishers
While in Ice Mode, Cloud can use the ice finishers.
- Lance: He charge with the blue energy and slash to the enemy.
- Rifle: He charge with the blue energy and blasts it to freeze the enemy.

Etymology
- The weapon name, Pulvister, could be the pun of the Latin word “pulvis”, means dust, and the word “mixture”.
- The name Eishatter is the portmanteau of a German word eis, meaning ice, and shatter.
