Description
This is my first time ever doing a Secret Santa.
This is a gift for with the characters Splash Woman and Oil Man. I was reading the Archie Mega Man Issue 19 and liked how well these two worked together, so I did a picture of Oil having a present for Splash. The background is a bit hard to tell, but it's in the colors of Light Labs in the NES days. Sorry if it's dull, but I was kind of strapped for time due to lots of things happening.
On another note, Oil Man is in his Japanese colors yet using the Archie Comic style he was given. Hope you enjoy it, Ulysses.
