Well done. You captured everything with the colors and shading that gives this a realistic look. I especially like the rays of light shining on the survivor. Maybe it's a symbol of hope?
BTW, I'm surprised those electronic posters are still working. I'm guessing some people in the city have gotten together to maintain this city to the best of their ability.

Cool comp! I feel like the character might be a bit overexposed though and you probably did that to pop it as a focal point, but I think that the vibrant yellow does a great job with that already!
