The leader of the Toon Patrol, Smartass weasel or Smarty call him whatever you want it's your funeral lol. I remember when I saw WFRR for the first time I was genuinely a bit intimidated by Smartass hahaha. I mean he's always holding a gun so wee child me was like "oh no das illegal" but now instead of being scared of him I just laugh my ass off when he and his Patrol search Eddie's apartment hahaha. He's an awesome character and David L Lander did a stupendous job with his voice.

Drawing his hat was a FUCKING NIGHTMARE JESUS CHRIST! It couldn't be too low because then it would cover his eyebrows which just looked too good to get rid of. AND I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT TORTURE AGAIN WHEN I DRAW GREASY NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Greasy why do you have to wear a hat! Why can't you and Smartbum just be like Psycho? HAHA Smartbum. IntelligentBehind, okay I'm done.
