-Micchi's a pretty outgoing, silly, optimistic, honest dude that likes to enjoy life to the "fullest" (for example skipping classes to go sleep on the rooftop since that makes him happy /cough). If there's not enough noise around, he will go and try fixing that by either doing some barking horrible singing or yell around to gather some people.

-He doesn't like to be alone for a prolonged time so he tries to always annoy tag along someone, let it be a friend or a total stranger, and tries to befriend them even thought he seems to forget people's names/faces pretty quick.

-It's not that he's not smart, he just doesn't pay enough attention (aka: doodles on his his notebooks/textbooks in class, tries to see dust in the air, thinks of food, etc.)

▶Background:

Micchi is half japanese from his mom and half british by his father, who is an archeologist. He spent most of his childhood travelling around the world with his father while his mom stayed in Japan, who died due to an accident when he was 6. He came to Japan pretty destrozed to attend her funeral, but then he meets a group of children (that crashed in the funeral thinking it was a party) that cheers him up and form a strong, yet short friendship with him, since he left the country soon after to start attending a school in England.

The very reason of why he comes back to Japan to attend HH's astromy school is because these childhood friends (who also are in the same school) cheered him up saying that he could maybe find his mother up there hiding in the starry sky, an idea that became from disbelief into a strong interest for stars and constellations.

He doesn't really remember their faces/names, but he knows he will meet them again.

-His first name, Inui, comes from the word Inu, which means Dog.

-Micchi always wears the same red band in his left wrist, which was given by his first love in his short stay in Japan when he was a kid. Even though it's more like a memory, he still wants to meet that person again.
