Taken from it's mother at birth, baby became the center of a secret experiment designed to create a human organism capable of surviving a hostile world.
For years, a deranged scientist tortured and altered the child, pushing its body beyond the limits of human biology.

And one night, it fought back.
The scientist was torn apart, the laboratory was abandoned, and Baby Entity disappeared into the underground levels of the former hospital.
