Alone In The Dark — Description
and you are my only friend

I started this one without knowing how it will be at the end, I just drew what was in my
mind at that moment. At first I wanted the girl to be evil , I don’t remember why but I didn’t do so, I decided to make her teddy bear evil... because a teddy bear suppose to be more "innocent" then a little girl, so it can't harm you, this is why she trusts him.

Right now she's in a vulnerable place (a dark, cold and scary place), he is the only one she trusts, even though he is the only one she shouldn't trust . But even when it looks like he's going to hurt her, she believes him again, she believes that he is just trying to "protect her from the evil things in life" (the butterfly maybe big but it can't hurt her), all the signs were there... the knife, the blood on the wall (and the non stop lies).

I didn't understand all of that until the last month. Now I know, that girl is really me, my mind was trying to protect me from the "innocent" I was trusting, but, like always, I didn't listen to it.
I love this work but right now I have a problem with it- it was in front of me all this time and I didn't even understand what my art is about! I'll try not to make that mistake again…
art is like dreams, you need to clarify to your self what it means, it also comes from your subconscious.

I love it when that happens (not the betrayal stuff) that you drawing something and after you finish it you find a mining that you didn't even think of. It makes you think about your mind... it is just brilliant! (this is not the first time it happens to me).
