So, due to the many questions, I know that you can't hear anything 'between' but I thought it would be weird to just have J'lantir shouting soundlessly.And, as many of you have already surmised, K'mlar didn't just meet his living mother, but she died 'between' so for a moment he was visited by her protective spirit.
