This... is... ROBOTECH — Description
Featuring the VHT-2 Spartas transformable hovertank.
3 modes: Battleoid (robot), Guardian, and Vehicle. Unfortunately those are NOT cool misslepods on the shoulders, they're housing for the heavy weapons- weapons that are compleatly offline in robot and vehicle modes! -which would be ok, but Guardian mode has an open cockpit which leaves the pilot totaly exposed!

I'll stick with the ol' VF-1 Verotech over that deathtrap thank you very much! ^_^;;
