Lectél Vilkär, Region Queen of Kelgorea.
The Enlightened Despot is still a Despot. Lectél is no different. With her ally and some would say lover, Likencara, was slain in a coup' d'etat. And Kitu Karaegrot being thrust into leadership after the instigator of the coup was bagged. Lectél now had no control over Region Lideria.
More insulting was Kitu playing apologist to Region Kajir. And Lectél needed Lideria in order to finally put the floundering, filthy, region filled with nothing but "rabid beasts" down for good. Her people need the resources more, or so she says. Her people, her children, her sweet citizens of which can reach new heights in the new era to come. And if evil is to come so that her populous can thrive- hers which outnumber Kajir by billions- then Kajir must fall.
