Mr. Wires — Description

This is Mr. Wires (Credit to Scooby Doo)

the original idea was to have it a Howler but i decided against it so in the end i was inspired by tons of characters Zooble (TADC), And the Abstract Art Monster (Scoobydoo and Guess who) So after giving it some thought.... i wanted to give cript it's own Specimen/Helper... so this is where Mr. Wires comes in.
