Amala's Short Forest Run Part 1 — Description

Heart pounding, adrenaline rushing, Amala uses the dense forest to evade the pursuing T-Rex; depriving it of its speed advantage by forcing it to move around the wider walkways where it can fit. She just needs to reach the abandoned hospital where she can hide out until the dinosaur goes away.
After five days of lockdown following the escape from Jurassic Land, Amala became so restless that she decided to break the rules and take a run. She checked the news and social media reports, and everything seemed to show the fugitive T-Rex moving away from her home town. The police and government were just playing safe by not lifting the lockdown. And it'll just be a short run, not too far. Just enough to warm up her legs again - that should be safe enough, right?
She quickly realised her mistake when, coming around a corner, the enormous dinosaur was standing just under half a mile ahead of her. For a moment, she hoped to quietly sneak back... But standing upwind quickly attracted the prehistoric predator's highly tuned nose; and its pin-sharp eyes locked right onto her. The hunter's thumping footsteps shook her brain into action and she immediately bolted for her favourite hiding space from growing up. Clearing the first group of trees, she cursed herself for not charging her fitness watch before coming because this is absolutely a personal best pace. "Shut up, brain!" she panted to herself.
