Reconfiguration is an important part of the Ebil Scientists way, adjusting the outlook of his/her test subjects... here is one way they go about that

The two subjects entered one formerly male now reconfigured into female, the other subject is female basically female average looking, look more enhanced to beautiful looking. Then to reconfigured their minds to willing drones. They be reconfigured to a servant.
