Hatate Souta lost everything in a tragic shipwreck from which he was the only survivor. Before the event that destroyed the ship occurred, however, a mysterious girl calling herself 'Sakura' challanged and beat Souta at a chess-like boardgame. Upon his loss, Sakura bestowed him the ability to see and control flags, also known as the crossroads of life, and gave him a mission: "Discover the Truth of This World." As he gets closer to this goal, dark forces behind the scenes move to impede his progress. Can Souta gather allies representing the 15 pieces of the game in time to avoid his own death flag?! Read Kanojo Ga Flag Wa Oraretara to find out!

Ninjabayashi Ruri is a robot created by Mahousegawa Electronics. She represents the Ninja, and as such she is very capable, able to do almost anything not involving the finer points of social interaction. Her perfection means that she will likely be the first to die.
