"Jiggying": A fruity word for "sketch dump" because the lawd knows how many times we have seen "sketch dump" before in our DevWatch's.

Anyway, here's a sketch dump of nothing but the flipper-whazzing loonyhead, victim to my ever-disturbing boredom during class.

And... there's Dandy with... his hair down. HE LOOKS LIKE A JAPANESE GOTH LESTAT. WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN.

And his hair ribbons joke at the bottom right is based on my epiphany that.... everytime I draw Dandy.... HIS RIBBON TAILS ARE FLOWING IN THE NON-EXISTENT WIIIND! He's freeee!!
