ORZ... This picture is shit...
I tried many backgrounds...but every sucks...
If someone has a good idea plz tell me.
In my blog I had AF Aliens variant too...but this sucks even harder... haha lol Whatever...
I'm not in the mood. (Maybe because I'm Ill. And the new Ben 10 Alien sucks hard...)

Not sure how other artists would take this, but this is one of the best Ben fanart ever drawn!
using 2 different art styles; one that has only 2 limited color (aliens/background)
the other that is fully multicolored and has lighting for slight 3D effect (Ben),
using the poses that best represent each character,
but having them a similar size that the feeling of a 'whole' is given is quite wondrous and amazing.
(and that feeling of a whole is an important theme of Ben 10 too, no?)
As much as I'm not much of a critic, you have my highest respect as an deviant artist and a cos-player.
P.S. do excuse me for telling you things that sounded too much of a fan talk
another thing is that I see you are dissatisfied with this,
so only thing I believe I can suggest is
to give a little lighting effect in the background, or give a bit more darker color and/or contrast to Ben's hair and jacket or even the light from the ultimatrix. (still I very much love this work and hope to see more things in the future.)

ich find den hintergrund total gut! is mal ne andere variante!
mags sowieso, dass du immer andere sachen ansprobierst! (ich finds eh krass, wie du die monster zeichnen kannst xDDD genauso wie jemand gebΓ€ude oder Technik gut zeichnet, find ich es heftig, wenn jemand so monste rmal en kann)

Naja..weiΓt du was depremierend ist? XD als kind bzw als ich angefangen hab manga zu zeichnen war ich immer voll fasziniert von monstern..drachen..wΓΆlfen und so.
hab mich aber NIE geraut die zu zeichnen
weil ichs einmal probiert hab und voll nicht konnte.
Darum bin ich bei menschen geblieben.
und so...5 jahre ΓΌben ΓΌben ΓΌben...
und jetz zeichne ich EINMAL wegen ben 10 ein monster...
und ich konnte es beim 1. mal besser als die menschen..die ich schon so lange ΓΌbe!!! DAS IS SO BITTER XDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Und ich hab immer so rumgeheult das ich tiere und monster NIEMALS zeichnen werden kann...! vorallem weil ich ja son pokemon fan bin
und so..10 jahre nich getraut pokemon (lieblings anime) zu zeichnen weils voll heilig fΓΌr mich war XDDDDDDDD
