How I Color Lips — Description
Kind of a tutorial...of sorts

Step 1: Draw the outline of the lips.
Step 2: Color with the base color. Use a soft-edged brush. Color from the opening of the mouth outwards (making it blend with the skin color)
Step 3: Darken the opening of the mouth using brown and red.
Step 4: More darkening! Make a bit of a texture by making thin and light strokes using a darker shade of red.
Final: Put highlights using white and very light yellow.
